Came here a few times and seems like it gets worse each time. Price seems like a good deal and staff are friendly for most part but terribly slow and wash quality is just so so. Leaving a review as a reminder for myself not to come back.
This place is horrible. I wish there's a way to minus star. We went in for a car wash, inside and outside. They charged 28 dollars to do it which is not bad price. However there's some part they didn't clean good. My husband complained about it and wanted them to get their job done right. They refused to do it and called police on us. The owner told my husband never enter his business any more and made a police report. I can't believe people manage business in such a ridiculous way.
We took my husband's car to be detailed today. The cleaners damaged the blinker/windshield wiper stick and denied the damage! When we turned the car on, the windshield wipers wouldn't turn off! We took it directly to the dealer and $700 later....NEVER use them!
The staff is generous and go out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied!
