Usually get pretty good service from this location. The staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and have a good attitude. Sometimes they can be a bit pushy when up selling the insurance but other than that I always rent from here.
Never again. After making an online reservation days in advance and calling them to confirm that the car would be there they ended up having no cars on the lot. I found this out when I called them to let them know that I was on the way and to ask a question. Guy on the found said "I was going to call and let you know". Really, when? Ridiculous
Limited car choices, good customer service... Had to pick a car while Geico had my car in a body shop. They did not have anything smaller than a pickup which was a disappointment due to comfort preferences but they also honored the rates of a regular car and waived gas fees. Polite and efficient group at this location
Nice and friendly staff. I rented from this location twice. The first time I was given a big discount, I won't tell the story but they ended up not charging me. The staff is good.
