The people who work there are extremely courteous and friendly, and the owner Ed gave me all the tips I need to keep my bike in perfect condition so I can use it to its full potential. Highly recommend this store for electric bike purchase or repairs.

the woman who works there is extremely rude and despicable to be a customer service person it is sad to meet such people as unfriendly and rude ... customers would come to this store to fix OUR gadgets they have obviously fixed, we paid for their services do not do it for free ... next time I'd rather throw away my vacuum cleaner or whatever it takes to repair it, before I set foot in that store again
Took my ebike here to get a tune up. Came back an hour later, it was severely scratched, had some kind of paint on it, and the tires were missing. Never going here again.
