sumedha one of the assistant .she is not friendly .she act like she is not for helping customers, she showing attitude with customer . Her duty helping customer I think not showing attitude with customer.she is so mean . I go this location every time but never seen Any person like her so mean

This worst location. Nazia has no clue what she is doing. She had to call 1800 numbers to figure out how to close an account and how to read simple paperwork. I don't see how she is qualified to work there or how she got hired. Take the time and go to another branch. Unless your in the mood for hassle after hassle.
Slowest and rudest branch of Bank of America that I have experienced. Drive thru was removed a while back, which makes me go inside. This visit I waited about 20 minutes, they ONLY had 2 tellers, and another useless employee just standing in the lobby looking at a computer screen and another in the office on the computer as well. Trust me.....either Bank somewhere else or use an alternate location.... Don't waste your time at this branch....
